Indoor Cycling: A 45-minute indoor cycling workout within a group setting. Instructors will teach you proper cycling form and technique while replicating flat roads and hill climbs. This is a great workout so be prepared to SWEAT! Bring water bottle and towel. (Beginner to Advanced) $1.00 per class. Passes can be purchased at front counter. One pass per person. Passes will be sold 30 min prior to class time.( Must be member or purchase day pass + spin pass to participate.)
