Pilates help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core.

Mat Pilates: This 45 minute class is highly recommended to activate and harmonize every system of the body utilizing all bones, tissue, nerves, fluids, muscles organs, and glands. This class will tone your muscles and give you a more streamlined shape. A fabulous workout to inspiring music, minds, and spirit!! (Beginner to Advanced)

Pilates/Crunch: This class is 30 minutes and combines ab/core work with Pilates.
Band Pilates: This class is a Pilates class combined with resistance bands to give you a total body workout.
